Now you have the opportunity to be part of this story! We are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator to strengthen our festival team.
Accommodation coordinator (pre-event, employee and talkoom accommodation)
- plans and implements gaming accommodation, artist accommodation, employee accommodation, and talk show accommodation
- replies to the production manager regarding the budget for accommodation supervision and volume rents
- maintains connections with associations that oversee accommodation supervision
- negotiates accommodation supervision agreements and is responsible for the drafting of official notices regarding temporary accommodation and other forms of official cooperation
- responsible for the operation of the accommodation agency during the festival
- maintains the key register of accommodation facilities
The accommodation coordinator’s job is contract-based and begins on April 1st (or according to the agreement) and ends on July 31st, 2026. The working hours are irregular and the busiest period of work falls on the festival week and the weeks before it, from July 1st to 19th, 2026. The contract fee is €6,000.
We require previous experience in a customer service role and value experience of working in a festival environment. Knowledge of Kaustinen and the surrounding area, experience in a supervisory or managerial role, good interpersonal skills and flexibility are an advantage.
