This year's Kaustinen Folk Music Festival is looking for two new temporary positions: a marketing manager and a virtual producer. Both positions are part-time, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 July. The closing date for applications is 17 March.

Job description of a Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager's duties include event marketing and advertising, social media, managing ordering processes and assisting with corporate and group sales. The Marketing Manager will act as a liaison with customers and stakeholders, reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the event's production organisation.
We are looking for an active, team-oriented, skilled person with the ability to work under pressure and the creativity to solve problems. We are looking for someone with experience in the field, a proactive approach to marketing and sales, the ability to produce fluent and natural text in Finnish, and good oral and written English and Swedish skills. We also appreciate work experience in customer service.

Job description of a virtual producer
The Virtual Producer's tasks include the technical production of the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival's virtual package, including building the website together with the rest of the work team, tendering for video production, festival-time functionality of the virtual side, maintenance and updating.
We are looking for an active, team-oriented, skilled person with the ability to work under pressure and the creativity to solve problems. We expect the candidate to have experience in maintaining a WordPress-based website and a strong knowledge of using different video platforms.
