Kaustinen Folk Music Festival will be held for the 48th time from 6 to 12 July 2015. The second edition of the club series will tour via Jyväskylä to Kokkola, Tampere and Oulu in April-May.
10.4. in Jyväskylä at Palokka Pelimannitalo, the artist of the Folk Music Festival 2015 showcase series, guitar virtuoso J-P Piirainen and players from Central Finland. The next time Kausti will be played in Kokkola on 24.4. at Rautawaara club in Corner's Pub, where Kaustislainen Wedding and an upbeat violin duo Akkajee and also J-P Piirainen.

On 21 May, the evening will start with poetry singing at the Folk Music Club in Kulttuuritalo Telakka in Tampere. Then the stage will be taken over by Taito Hoffrén On the plane. At the heart of Hoffrén's extraordinary story concert is the Ladas engine, which acts as the instrument. The evening will also feature Jean Ramsay.
The club series ends in Oulu Tuba on 28.5. Orivesi All Stars Oulu department together Otran with. Orivesi All Stars is the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival's Band of the Year 2015, Finland's largest pelican orchestra, a pelican collective with no geographical boundaries, whose sole aim is to make meaningful music in a good spirit. Otra plays both self-composed music and music from the treasure trove of traditional music with a creative touch. Weather permitting, there will be a street performance in the Rotuaar before the Tuba concert.

Most of the performers in the club series will also be seen and heard at the Kaustinen Folk Music Festival on 6-12 July.

28.5. Oulu Tuba (Mannenkatu 2) at 18: Otra and the Oulu section of the Orivesi All Stars. Before the show, street music at Rotuaar (weather permitting).
