We are looking for a project producer and a cashier to join the production team of the upcoming summer festival on a part-time basis.

The project producer's tasks include the production of the so-called pitch tent. The Pitotent will be the new programme and food venue for the festival's anniversary year, with two pitta tents a day and an evening programme. The job starts on 1 May (or by agreement) and ends on 31 July 2017, working approximately 20 hours per week, except during the festival and the week before. Contractual salary 3.000 €. The Finance Office handles and is responsible for reporting on financial transactions during the festival. The Head of the Finance Office will be responsible for planning and organising the treasury's activities in conjunction with the Festival's Executive Director and the Board of Directors, participating in staff recruitment, staff induction and shift planning, being responsible for all financial transactions during the festival, preparing the necessary summaries and reporting to the Executive Director on a daily basis. The work is contracted to start in May/June and end shortly after the festival, on 18 July 2017. The total working time is 100 h: planning work approx. 20 h, preparation and staff orientation approx. 20 h, work during the festival week approx. 40 h and final work approx. 20 h. The working time is irregular and includes some evening, night and weekend work. The employee will be required to keep an hourly account.
