Join our festival team. The Accommodation Coordinator's tasks include organising family accommodation, providing accommodation for performers, volunteers and staff: mapping accommodation, drawing up an accommodation safety and emergency plan, negotiating accommodation contracts, taking accommodation reservations, allocating accommodation, running the festival accommodation office, customer service and guiding volunteers.
We require previous experience in a customer service role and value experience of working in a festival environment. Knowledge of Kaustinen and the surrounding area, experience in a supervisory or managerial role, good interpersonal skills and flexibility are an advantage.
